Use brake point in Charles Proxy to unlock the boss Vladimir Milkovich in Google Plus Crime City game (if you don't know how to use web debugger software then read this:How to use Charles Proxy )
Remember Vlad boss strength is 12,500,000. So A person should reach to 1,250,000 to get 10% of a Vlad boss. Generally it takes 2.5 times more than a Payne's 10%. That means 1 shot to Vlad = 2.5 shots of Payne So you can easily calculate how many bullets for you to get 10% of a Vlad boss.
Step 1 -> Open Vlad's hood first
It is required to open Vladimir Milkovich's hood first to unlock him. To unlock his hood, open any of your boss with break points. Click on edit data, change value to 2005 as seen on photo above. Execute the command 2-3 times when you get return data. Stop break point. go to the tab you are trying to open your boss. This will hang to load game or show unable to load area. Keep this open as it is or you can close after your first shot at Vlad.
Step 2 -> change attack to view vlad's life bar and attack him
Then open another tab with any of your boss and hit a shot with break point on. Edit boss code to '7' for Vlad and in attack code, you may use '0' to hit a blank shot to him. Now you can see your vlad boss on screen. you can post mob from here. If you post attack link to stream, your friend will see "help to attack [your name] Vladimir Milkovich" but when they click the link they will find the boss you have edited. They should follow the step 2 to join your Vlad party. That means they should open your boss and hit a shot while break points on in CP then change boss code value and execute to start shooting.
Don't go on damage done score on boss info or don't count on percentage, it will always show 100% for every one who participated in the show. Look for damages on his life bar. There you will find how many shots to kill him.
